My Job Was On The Line.

I coached a team as an OC.

That team wasn’t good. We were 1-9… no athletes... and even though we only had 40 plays... our kids couldn’t grasp them at all.

After signs of another forgettable season, I got the ultimatum from my head coach:

“If you can’t turn this thing around, you’re fired”.

So I started digging. I knew I needed to do something totally different. And I discovered a simple solution that worked beyond my wildest dreams.

Our first game implementing that solution, we scored 41 points. The kids had the time of their lives. And I was completely sold.

We won more games the rest of the season than we had the previous two years combined. We made the playoffs for the first time in 5 years, knocking out the state favorites loaded with talent that would play on Saturdays.

So how did we do it? I’m going to outline the exact system for you - and the approach we took.

It’s actually extremely simple and will only take about 6 pages to show you how we did it.

So let’s begin.
